Complaints Policy

At NRG Consultant Group Ltd., we are committed to delivering the highest quality service. However, we understand that on rare occasions, you may not be completely satisfied with our work.

To help us address any issues promptly, please review the completed work as soon as possible to ensure it meets the terms of the contract and the high standards we strive for. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us immediately by phone, email, or by writing to us. If you choose to write, we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Complaint Procedure

Once we receive your complaint, our goal is to respond within 5 days. We will arrange a convenient time within 28 days to assess and/or resolve the issue.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint after following our internal procedures, you may need to seek assistance from an external complaint service. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, and both parties agree that a ‘deadlock’ has been reached, you may escalate your complaint.
